My name is Ruby Allan and I am an artist living in Fredericton, New Brunswick. I am a mother of 3 beautiful daughters and a wife to one wonderful husband. Painting has always been my passion, I am particularily inspired by people, nature and the small moments in life that usually go unnoticed.

New Years resolution ! Start posting on my blog. I have been busy painting and not posting . Since last New Years I have practised with my coloured pencils. My goal was achieved and I have done some commissions and entered 2 large pieces in the fredericton Society of artist’s fall show. I am quite pleased with my effort. For Christmas I received the ultimate. 36 faber castell polychromas.
